29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): Any ladder with structural or other defects is immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with �1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with �1910.22(d), or replaced: On or about 08 February 2017, the employer failed to immediately tag out or remove from service a ladder located in the maintenance shop that had visible damage. This exposed employees to a fall hazard. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
