29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: On or about February 1, 2017, in the Packing and Shipping area, the maximum load capacity for the hoist device used to lift and place plastic pallets onto a conveyor was not notated. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
