29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Production Floor; The employer exposed employees performing maintenance and servicing activities to the hazardous energies present (including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and water) on injection molding and blow molding machines including but not limited to Blow molds 201 and 203 and Injection mold 202 in that the employer failed to perform a periodic review of the energy control procedures annually. The Inzi controls Alabama, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1019.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 998809, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on December 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 375 Hwy 203, Elba, Alabama 36323.
