29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) In the meat department, the electrical power cord connection of the Hobart MG2032 meat mixer- grinder was damaged, and did not have adequate strain relief to prevent pulling of the electrical cord and to prevent damage to the plug and connector prongs.
