29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. 815 17th Street Union City, NJ Employee that was not attached to the basket of a JLG articulated boom was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet as worker was engaged in steel erection activities. Violation observed on or about 11/03/2016 DSM Steel Erectors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1057418, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/13/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 73 South Van Brunt St Englewood, NJ 07631
