29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Roof of Apartment Building: Four employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet above the ground surface, without a personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection, on or about, 11/17/16. The Hackensack Roofing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985146, citation number 001, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/04/14, with respect to a workplace located at 449 Lasalle Ave, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604.
