29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: (a) On or about November 7, 2016, at worksite at JFK International Airport, Building 139, Jamaica, NY 11430 The employer made 3M 8210 N95 respirators and other types of dust masks and surgical masks available to employees for voluntary use during the asbestos abatement in their work areas and while they work with food, beverages and dry ice, but did not provide them with the advisory information in 29 CFR 1910.134 Appendix D. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
