29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident. a). Shop Area - On or about and times prior to November 2, 2016, numerous electrical circuit breakers inside Panel 2 were not marked with their intended purpose, thus exposing employees to a programmatic hazard. Kevin Brake dba Goose Creek Cabinets was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1075773, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4111 Savannah Highway, Jesup, GA 31545.
