29 CFR 1910.1030(h)(5)(i): The employer did not establish and maintain a sharps injury log for the recording of percutaneous injuries from contaminated sharps: (a) On or about October 27, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not accurately maintain the sharps injury log in that a sharps injury on May 23, 2016 (2016 OSAH 300 Log Case #31) was not recorded on the 2016 Sharps Injury Log.
