29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: Location - Bus Yard and Office On or about September 29, 2016, employer did not provide a sufficient number of toilets for the number of employees who work on site. There were five toilets present include two in the building, one in the mechanic shop, and two outside the building(portable) available for 131 employees. Table J-1 of this section requires a minimum of six (6) toilets for 111 to 150 employees.
