29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the SW Mill Area, an electrical cord was plugged into Junction Box LA10 without strain relief. b. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the Mill Area, an electrical cord was plugged into the lower right side of MCC #8 without strain relief. c. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, in the Millwood 2 Area, two electrical cords was connected into a junction box on the Angle Borer without strain relief.
