29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about 08/05/16, in the file room, an emergency exit route was partially obstructed with a cooler machine preventing a full instant use in the event of a fire or any other emergency. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION. The Food Center Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965656, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 26 & 27 Frydenhoj, St Thomas, VI 00802.
