29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a)2621 Freddy Lane in Vineland, NJ, 08360- Maintenance Area: Work rests on a Dayton pedestal grinder, model 4Z908, HP ½, 115V, &.8 Amp, 50/60 Hz, 3450 RPM were adjusted to approximately 1 inch, observed on or about 8/10/16. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
