29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): Employees performing roofing work on the 5:12 pitch roof are not protected from a 12 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on July 26, 2016, when employees were working on a residential roof at 202 Wellington Woods Ave, Deland, Florida 32750 without fall protection and were exposed to a 12 feet fall hazard.
