29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) Gables Way, Monroe Township, NJ 08831: Portable ladders which were being used to access the second floor did not extend at least three feet above the upper landing surface. This hazard was observed on 7/23/16 and 7/25/16. Station Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106727, citation number 1, item number . and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 103-107 Alter St, Philadelphia, PA.
