29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: Location: 475 Lock St. On or about 7/21/2016 a) Employees removed buckets of spackle and other materials from a job made container/platform elevated to the 5th floor were not protected by any form of fall protection system when working at the edge of the 5th floor and stepping onto the platform.
