29 CFR 1910.213(b)(7): Feeder attachment(s) did not have feed roll(s) or other moving parts so covered or guarded as to protect the operators from hazardous points: (e) On or about July 19, 2016, a Cadoret Finger Jointer Press Model PMFJS-416 located in the rough mill did not have any guarding on the feed roller to protect the operator from the ingoing nip point while they manually fed lumber. Menzner Lumber and Supply Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.213(b)(7), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1114644, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on March 31, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 105 Main St. Marathon, WI 54448
