29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv): Space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters were not protected with approved automatic sprinklers: On or about June 29, 2016, the paint booth located in the spray area did not have a sprinkler system. Norton Industries, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062769, citation number 2, item number 2(b) and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1366 West 117th Street Lakewood, OH 44107.
