29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Propane storage area, on or about June 7, 2016, and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that a portable fire extinguisher was not located at the 500-gal. LPG tank positioned outside while employees expected to use fire extinguishers used it to fight incipient propane fires.
