29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: a) On March 24, 2016, affected employees had not been effectively instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure; where at least one (1) employee who operated a reinforcement saw was exposed to struck-by hazards of rotating parts and was not effectively trained on Lockout/Tag-out procedures. THE EMPLOYER WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1010174, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 06/12/2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 930 HENSLEY LANE, WYLIE, TEXAS 75098.
