29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about March 12, 2016, the employer failed to conduct its annual audits on a MOH 540 Tilt Mold Table. General Aluminum Manufacturing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 892433, citation number 01, item number 002a and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5159 S. Prospect Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
