29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. On 3/16/16, at the Gainesville facility, employees were performing Authorized work in that they were changing saw blades but were not trained as Authorized employees and were not using locks and protected by lockout measures when performing this work. U.S. Pipeline Fabrication, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1064509, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/18/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1101 Industrial Blvd, Gainesville, Georgia.
