29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. (a) On or about February 3, 2016, the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures at least annually to ensure that each procedure and the requirements of the standard are being followed when employees are exposed to potentially hazardous energy. Aryzta, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020742, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2015, with respect to the workplace located at 300 Innovation Drive, Romeoville, Illinois. Aryzta, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 920696, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2013, with respect to the workplace located at 64 Chester Street, Rochester, New York. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
