29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: (a) Location - 80 Concord Street, North Reading, MA: On or about 1/28/2016, straight truck engine block heaters were powered by extension cords ran through loading dock bay door openings. UPS Freight was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 935951, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/12/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 750 Hicks Road, Palatine, IL 60067.
