29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Facility: Training on the hazards of chemicals in the workplace was not provided for employees who were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to concrete (containing silica), propane and acetylene on or about 12/22/15. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1910.1200(h)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1116707, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 4 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 8/13/12, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 324 NEW BROOKLYN ROAD, BERLIN, NJ. 08009.
