29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation; b) On or about 01/05/16, in the Battery Department; employee performed the greasing and lubrication of the Pusher and was exposed to caught in or between hazards without receiving training on the means and methods for energy isolation of this equipment and the location of the energy isolation device(s) for this equipment. c) On or about 01/05/16, in the Battery Department; employee performed greasing and lubrication of the Back Door Machine and was exposed to caught in or between hazards without receiving training on the means and methods for energy isolation and the location of the energy isolation device(s) for this equipment. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED Tonawanda Coke Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147 (c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961334 citation Number 2, Item Number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/14, with respect to a workplace located at 3875 River Road, Tonawanda, NY, 14150.
