29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee(s) on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about December 4, 2015, the employer did not protect employees from falls of 20 feet and greater while they were installing roofing materials on a roof without using fall arrest systems or other means of fall protection.
