29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: Employees engaged in maintenance activities were exposed to struck by hazards in that the lockout/tagout procedures were not inspected at least annually for machines in the facility including but not limited to the palletizing machine. Land O' Lakes, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315884718, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 2, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 405 Park Drive, Carlisle, PA 17015.
