29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step. a) 1202 DeKalb Street, Worksite, Rear - on or about October 5, 2015, employees were working from the top step of a stepladder. The Berlin Builders was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1070291, citation number 1, item number 4a and was affirmed as a final order on August 10, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 207 Pearl Street, Lakewood, NJ.
