29 CFR 1926.800(g)(5)(ii): On jobsites where less than 25 employees worked underground at one time, the employer did not provide or arrange in advance for at least one 5-person rescue team: Jobsite: No five person Rescue Team was available to rescue the two employees in the tunnel. Atlantic Drain Service Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.800 (g)(5)(ii)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1067512, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on September 15, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 341 Tremont Street in Boston, MA.
