29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure: a) On or about September 17, 2015, maintenance employees and salaried managers are designated to clean up blood spills throughout the store and these employees were not offered Hepatitis B vaccinations after receiving the bloodborne training nor within 10 working days of assignment. Walmart was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which as contained in OSHA inspection number 315502880. Citation No. 1, Item No. 2a, and was affirmed as final order on 9/23/2013, with respect to workplace located at 2150 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624.
