29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 15 Sapphire Road, Robbinsville NJ: Two company employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below, when performing sheathing installation and other related activities from a roof with a pitch of approximately 10 on 12. These employees were not utilizing any fall protection at the time of the inspection. Condition noted on or about 09/11/15. Berlin Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1070291, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/10/15, with respect to a workplace located at 207 Pearl Street, Lakewood NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
