29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: On or about June 23, 2015 through August 17, 2015, Standard Aero Business Aviation Services, LLC had employees exposed to fall hazards in excess of 4 feet by not ensuring that employees wore their company provided fall protection while working on the pylon of aircraft in the paint bay of the Paint Department.
