29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: On or about August 10, 2015, employees were exposed to being struck in the eye by flying grass and debris when they were not required to wear sunglasses available/provided to them when performing work such as, but not limited to, mowing, cutting limbs, blowing away debris, and weed eating. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
