29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold: Employees were exposed to a fall hazards ranging approximately from 6 feet to 18 feet while engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold that did not have proper access, on or about 5/14/15. SUPER PLASTER LLC. was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314674185, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/16/11, with respect to a workplace located at 536 Valley Brook Ave., Lyndhurst NJ.
