29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: a) Building 25, Creekside Way, Burlington Township NJ: On or about 07/16/15 an employee was exposed to struck by hazards affecting the eye and face areas when using an electric circular saw without eye protection. High Quality Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058961, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/06/15, with respect to a workplace located at Dickman Drive & Pershing Blvd., Lavallette NJ.
