29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employer does not provide a training program for employees exposed to fall hazards. This violation occurred on or about July 4, 2015, and at times prior thereto, at the site where employees were performing residential framing operations without receiving training from the employer to recognize fall hazards. The employees working at the site were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 34 feet. Longhorn Contractors was previously cited for a similar violation of this Occupational Safety and Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number:1044202, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 20015 Eagle Ford Way, San Antonio, Texas, 78221. Longhorn Contractors was previously cited for a similar violation of this Occupational Safety and Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number:1057274, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3234 Goliad Rd, San Antonio, Texas, 78223.
