29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite specific procedures meeting the requirements of items (i) through (ix) of this section for employees required to wear respirators during spray finishing operations. This violation was observed on or about June 3, 2015, where employees are exposed to the hazard of contact with chemicals associated with painting. Tri State Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989910, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8177 East 44th St., Tulsa, OK 74145.
