29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: On or about May 14, 2015 and in times prior thereto and thereafter, in the #1 Glue Line area, the rollers of a WALCO roller coater were not guarded, exposing employees to the hazards of being caught in the rollers during production operations. The MooreCo, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965451, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2885 Lorraine Ave, Temple, TX 76501.
