29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: A) Throughout facility - Employer failed to provide a complete list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the in the PMA Plant and Roofing Dock. The list of chemicals did not include chemicals such as Performance Graded Binder (hydrogen sulfide and sulfur oxide), KOSYN KTR SBS Polymers (styrene), Hydrated Lime (calcium hydroxide) and Propane.
