29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. At the table saw area, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, power to the Powermatic table saw was provided by splicing the saw's power cord using two outlet boxes which were not secured on a surface as required, on or about 03/18/2015. b. At the refurbishing line, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, a multi outlet computer power strip was used to provide power to equipment such as floor fans and radios, on or about 03/18/2015. c. At the time clock room, employees were exposed to an electrical hazards, in that, the lighting fixture in the room was not mounted on the ceiling and was allowed to be suspended from the wiring, on or about 03/18/2015.
