29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) On or about 3/6/15 at the Quality Inn & Suites rehabilitation project located at 8200 Park Road, Batavia, New York; employees were using a tubular frame scaffold to apply foam to the front of the building. Employees were working on platforms as high as 32 feet 6 inches without fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
