29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: Plating Line (Tank 1 Cyanide Descaler) - On, or about, March 11, 2015, the employer did not ensure that receptacles installed above the cyanide descaler tank was suited for wet locations. The Plainville Plating Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv)or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 3143987210, citation number 1, item number 33 and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 21 Forrestville Avenue, Plainville, Connecticut 06062.
