29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about February 19, 2015: Employees working in the production room and servicing the winder are exposed to electrical shock hazards. The employer did not ensure that the electrical cord on the electrical box behind the Comoli WTU 450 Winder had strain relief to prevent damage.
