29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) A) Top of structure: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 27 feet while engaged in framing work on a residential structure without a means of fall protection in place, on or about December 1st, 2014. The company was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312865942, 314681214 and 913362: In regard to Inspection Number 312865942, Citation # 1, Item # 1 was issued on 07/09/10, with respect to a work place located at 231 Churchill Road, Tenafly, NJ.
