29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: There were unused openings in cabinets in the following areas: a) On line D6A the control panel on the winder had a missing knockout on the top of the box. b) On line D6A there were openings on the temperature control panel. c) On line D4A there were openings on the temperature control panel. d) On line D4B there were openings on the temperature control panel. Wiman Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 305(b)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 675278, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-6-2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1610 Design Way Dupo, IL 62239
