29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: The employer did not ensure that workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were protected from the rays with noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields. a) The welder working adjacent to Frame Robot Cell 2 was not protected by a noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields. b) Employees working in adjacent cells,by a such as but not limited to Cells 3 and 4 adjacent to cells 8 and 9, are not separated by a noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields.
