29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. a. The employer does not require the use of any form of eye and face protection equipment during roofing work. This violation was most recently observed at 4455 Winchester Pike, Columbus Ohio, 43232. The employees did not use eye protection while using air actuated nail guns. Julio C. Galindo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 604918, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 13, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 8297 Priestley Ave. Reynoldsburg Ohio, 43068. Julio C. Galindo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 900356, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 6643 Brixton Park Avenue, Building #4, Columbus Ohio, 43235.
