Polycarbon Industries, Inc. DBA PCI Synthesis was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.1450(e)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 927156, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/2/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 88 Jackson Rd., Bldg. 649, Devens, MA 01434.
