Ball Corporation, 2690 Charter Street, Columbus Ohio workplace: On or about December 1, 2014, Unused openings in cabinets were not effectively closed for the following equipment locations: a. The Weld Department Line 1 Stacker adjacent to the Keyence defined field electronic guarding control; b. The Press Department SFADM Line 1 Feeder power supply box.
